Right to Benefit from Services
Each individual applying to our hospital has the right to benefit from services without being subject to any discrimination for their languages, religions, races or denominations.
They have the right to take advantage of the diagnosis and treatment opportunities provided by our hospital and to be informed about how to access them.
Right to be Informed and to Confirm
Our patients have the right to be completely informed about the medical approaches recommended to them or through their legal representatives and the potential risks and advantages of each approach, recommended approach alternatives, results of not being treated and their health conditions including the process to be developed in a manner that they can understand them.
In case our patients submit their requests in writing, they have the right to receive a written copy of the medical registration process.
Our patients have the right to decide on the treatment to be applied after they are informed about serious side effects, death risk, problems regarding remission and the chance of success apart from the medical and legal obligations of informing and receiving confirmation from patients. In case patients use this right, they are deemed to confirm the process to be performed.
Our patients have the right to evaluate the pain appropriately and to be informed about their treatments.
Our patients and their families have the right to be informed about choosing how to donate organs and other tissues.
Our patients have the right to be informed how they can participate in clinical research and experiments and those agreeing to participate and their relatives have the right to be informed how they are protected.
Our patients have the right to receive clear information about the mission of the hospital.
Right to Know, Choose and Change the Personnel
Our patients have the right to know, choose and change the identification, duties and titles of physicians, nurses and other healthcare personnel in charge of their treatment.
Right to Choose and Change the Institution
Our patients have the right to choose and change the health institution and organisation as long as they comply with the terms and conditions envisaged by the legislation they are subject.
Right to Reject and Stop the Treatment
Patients have the right to reject or request to have the treatment planned to be applied or being applied to them stopped except the mandatory situations and as long as the responsibility for possible adverse results pertains to patients.
Right of Privacy
Our patients have the right to receive their treatment in an environment respecting their right of privacy.
Health conditions, medical situations and private personal information of all the individuals applying to our hospital are protected in a manner that this information remains private even after their death. Such information about patients may be disclosed upon the explicit request or absolute requests of judiciary bodies.
Right to be Respected
Our patients have the right to be examined and treated in a respectful, affectionate and debonair environment with their personal dignity always protected under all conditions.
Right to Request Consultation
In case patients request and agree to make the additional payment, they have the right to request a consultation from an expert from a different branch.
Right to Request a Second View
Patients have the right to receive information about their health situation from another physician specialised in their same field other than the physician taking care of their treatment.
Right to Practice Religion
Our patients have the right to practice their religion without being subject to any discrimination as long as it doesn’t hinder the treatment.
Right of Safety
Everyone has the right to expect and want to be safe at a health institution. Necessary precautions to protect the safety of lives and property of patients and their acquaintance such as their visitors and companions are taken by our hospital.
Sitting measures are taken at our hospital for children, disabled people and elders (alone, in need of care, with no visitors).
Right to Have Companions and Visitors
Our patients have the right to have companions and visitors in accordance with the principles and procedures determined by our hospital.
Right to Raise Complaints/Opinions and Suggestions
In case of any violations of the rights of patients and patient’s families, they have the right to initiate a complaint mechanism, have them reviewed, concluded, and informed about the results.
Healthy Organizations’ Rules and Procedures
Our patients have the right to be informed about the hospital rules and procedures to be applied to them.
Examination and Treatment Charges
Our patients have the right to be informed about the treatment charge before the treatment and request and receive clear and detailed invoices of charges they pay in return for the services they receive.
