It is known that Peyronie's disease is more common in diabetics. In addition, Peyronie's disease may be more common in patients with some collagen or connective tissue disorders. In later processes, Peyronie's disease can also be seen in people who have had prostate surgery, even if only slightly.
Does penile curvature prevent having children?
In children born with hypospadias, the proximity of the urethra to the testis region can make it difficult to have a child, as it makes it difficult to empty the semen; however, if the urinary hole is close to the end zone of the penis and the existing curvature does not prevent sexuality and ejaculation of semen, there is no reason to prevent these people from having children.
